- This announcement amends NRL-Wide BAA 07-01 posted on 29 December 2006 and all subsequent amendments, by restating the list of BAA topics and extending the effective date of the BAA through 30 April 2009. The Naval Research Laboratory is interested in receiving innovative proposals that offer potential for advancement and improvement in the technical topic areas listed. This notice publishes the availability of a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) as contemplated in FAR 6.302(d)(2) that provides for the competitive selection of research proposals. This BAA is a continuously open announcement valid through 30 April 2009.
