Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Ironport Email Encryption and SpamVirus filtering system for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and in the format in Subpart 12.60, and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is: OPM04909-Q-0018, and is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430, and the small business size standard is 100 employees or less. This procurement is set aside exclusively for small business concerns, allowing only small businesses to submit quotations unless the small business community is unable to provide the entire requirement. Alternate solution for renewals may be considered Quotations must be received by the Office of Personnel Management no later than 3:00 pm eastern standard time on January 5, 2009. An offeror shall complete only paragraph (j) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision.
