Description
STATEMENT OF WORK The Colorado Army National Guard will be hosting a Reunion and Reintegration Workshop from March 27-29, 2009. PREFERRED LOCATION: Colorado Mountain area bounded by Vail, Keystone or Breckenridge Training Requirements: •Sixteen conference rooms to conduct training. o1 room, maximum capacity of 275 set up in rounds. Include audio visual capability (screen, podium, wireless microphone). This room will be in use from 8:00 am-9:00 pm Saturday and 8:00 am-noon Sunday. A breakfast buffet at standard per diem rate of $12.00 set out by 8:00 Saturday and Sunday morning. o15 break-out rooms, maximum capacity of 20 set theater style. No AV support needed for these rooms. These rooms will be in use Saturday from 9:00am -1:00 pm. o5 break-out rooms, maximum capacity of 50 set as rounds, no AV support required, Sunday 8:00 am-1:00 pm. o3 room set up conference style to be used for youth program Saturday only from 5:00 pm -9:00 pm. TV’s and DVD players in each of these rooms. •3 tables set up at hotel registration area Friday evening, 3:00 pm-9:00 pm for guest registration. Freedom Salute Dinner Requirements: •One room with a maximum capacity of 275 people set in banquet style arrangements. •Buffet dinner for 275 people cost within government per diem rate of $31.00 all inclusive. •Podium and wireless microphone needed. •Cash bar in the banquet room during dinner. •6 long banquet tables placed at front of room for awards. Lodging Requirements: •175 rooms for two nights (350 room nights) not to exceed the government per diem rate of $233.00 •3 rooms available for daycare needs Location: •Colorado Mountain range bounded by Vail, Keystone or Breckenridge Childcare Requirements: •Licensed, on-site childcare required for ages 0-5. •Youth activities required for ages 6-17.
