Description

It is the intent of the Forest Service to award a sole source contract to Crook County (Oregon) for control of noxious weeds on the Ochoco National Forest. This action is authorized under the Carlson-Foley Act and Section 15 of the Federal Noxious Weed Act of 1974. The contract period is expected to be approximately February 1, 2009 to September 30, 2009. See attached for project description(s).
