Description
SOLICITATION for CONSTRUCTION Construction of Security Equipment and Fence Installation for the Florence Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON), Florence, SC. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of security fences, installation of cables, electrical work and masonry work. Estimated performance time: 45 calendar days. Estimated price range: $100,000.00 to $300,000.00Estimated issue date for solicitation: January 12, 2009. Estimated due date for offers: February 2, 2009. Estimated start date for project: February 16, 2009. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. To be considered by award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: ww.ccr.gov). Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
