Description
DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 13,500 usable square feet of office/warehouse space (3,500 USF Training / Conference plus 10,000 USF Warehouse) contiguous in a single floor in Torrance, California and surrounding areas as set out below. The offered warehouse space must provide secured outside parking for up to 5 vehicles and inside parking (warehouse) capable of accommodating trailers and/or truck mounted rigs up to 34’ in length, as well as four (4) full-size SUV type vehicles, one (1) sample van, one (1) GeoProbe drill rig and support trailer, and one (1) Mobile Command Post. The interior parking may be side by side or a combination of side by side and tandem parking for use by the Environmental Protection Agency. Ceiling height in warehouse areas must be at least 16’. Occupancy is required as soon as possible. LOCATION: Offered space must be located within the following boundaries: North: South side of Highway 91 South: Sepulveda Boulevard East: Highway 19 West: Western Boulevard LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: First class office / warehouse space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government’s requirements, seismic safety, access to public transportation, and handicapped access is solicited. The offered building must be outside of the 100 year flood plain.
