- Description
- The United States Army, Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center locatedat Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole-source basis to Intertek Laboratories Inc., 340 Union Street, Stirling, NJ 07980-1340 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Government has a requirement for Apache Ballistic Firing Test Sets (ABFTSs). The contractor shall build two ABFTSs for firing 2.75 rockets using the latest technology utilized in the Armys current Apache Helicopter Pylon Interface Fuze Setting System. The contractor will deliver two Apache ABFTSs, technical and operational manuals, a drawing package, and a final report.
