Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the VAMC in West Palm Beach Florida intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Simplex Grinnell upgrades to our existing fire alarm system. This is a notice of intent and is not for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation of a request for offers. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than January 16, 2009 @ 2:00PM, local time. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
