- The purpose of this administrative notice is to correct the email address provided in RFP HDTRA1-08-R-0010 Section L.1.1.1 to read: "contracts08r0010@dtra.mil." As a result, the Section L.1.1.1 guidance on offeror questions or concerns regarding the Reachback acquisition is clarified to read: "Address all questions or concerns via email to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency email address: contracts08r0010@dtra.mil. Written requests for clarification will be sent through this means. Responses will be posted on the web site and will be made available via FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov)." This notice is not an amendment to the solicitatiion but only to make an administrative correction to the email information provided in Section L of the RFP regarding questions or concerns on the Reachback acquisition.
