- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a commercial purchase order to Aptify software corporation, 1850 K Street, NW, Washington, DC 20006-1605 on a sole source basis for the purchase of Software Training and Registration Systems, which can provide application support, maintenance support, and training to IRS employees, Annual Software Maintenance & Support Renewal Agreement. Aptify is uniquely able to meet the needs of the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service because the Aptify business applications platform offers flexibility not provided by other business applications. Aptify configuration requires no access to source code in order to change the functionality, schema to look and feel the product, and Aptify is the only vendor on the market that will provide a written product warranty stating that any meta-data configurations created through the Aptify tools will be upgradeable to the next version. Vendors who can provide software and service at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Aptify software corporation, convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 5 days of the date of publication of this synopsis. Any responses should be sent to: Internal Revenue Service, National Office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Room 600, Oxon Hill, MD 20745, Attn: OS:A:P:I:F:B, Norman G. Mitchell. Responses will be accepted by facsimile. Telephone responses will not be accepted. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. Request for same will be considered non-responsive. The reference number for this announcement is Q9-QF -0100-W18 000. If no compelling responses are received, an award will be made to Aptify software corporation.
