The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 100 each minimum to 500 each maximum of a Motor. Hydraulic, NSN: 1650-00-834-1430, Part Number: 4067E189 applicable to the CH-47 Chinook, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Eaton Aerospace LLC, Cage Code 62983, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 100 each due 251 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
