Description

The 5th Contracting Squadron requires the repair of Lift Station, Building 2112 at Minot AFB, ND. The work is 75% General, 15% Mechanical, and 10% Electrical. The statement of magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 360 days. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. A one (1) year warranty of construction is required. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet. The address is http://www.fbo.gov. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the Internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update the files. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is: 237110; the small business size standard is $33,500,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three (3) years. This project will be solicited full and open for competition, with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
