- This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources of supply for Reducer, Speed, NSN: 3010-01-090-9513, CECOM LCMC PN: SM-C-948310-1 and NSN: 3010-01-090-9514, CECOM LCMC PN: SM-C-948310-2. The item is part of the AS-3199 Satellite Antenna. We are buying a quantity of nine (9) for SM-C-948310-1 and six (6) for the SM-C-948310-2. Engineering drawings for the items are available by contacting the POC listed below. The previous sources for the items are Morse Industrial Corp (CAGE: 85880) and Matrix Research Corp (CAGE: 053D6). Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate, by contacting the POC at CECOM LCMC, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-S-TB, Building 1202E, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000; email: wayne.laferrara@us.army.mil. The response must include documentation such as engineering drawings, test results, copy of purchase orders if the supplier was a vendor to the listed sources or a statement from the listed sources demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
