- The United States Government intends to award an extension of a current lease, using other than full and open competition to Yashasim LLC. The lease will be for 4,798 usable square feet of fully-serviced space for a term of 24 months, 0 months firm. The Government has a continuing need for this space. It has been determined that an extension of the current lease will result in less cost to the federal Government when the economics of moving, telecommunications, security, and duplication of tenant improvements are taken into consideration as an economic factor.
