Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The government intends to award a sole source fixed price contract to Compunetix for the following services: Post Warranty Services for Air Technology Network office located on Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334210 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. If any interested parties can fulfill this requirement, please provide a statement of interest with supporting documentation of capabilities to this office NLT 9 January 2009.
