- NSN 1560-01-241-8866; PR 0017606143. Item: Fairing, Aircraft, part number 331120-1. Is a fully competitive item, specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement area available in cFolders. This solicitation will result in a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=53; Minimum Order Quantity: B=53, O=53; Maximum Contract Quantity: B=106, O=106; Estimated Annual Quantity: B =212, O=212. This is a critical application item. This item is subject to Configuration Control, and Export Control. Government First Article Testing applies to this procurement. The First Article is due 219 days from date of award. Production line item delivery is 219 days after first article acceptance. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be January 22, 2009 with a closing date of February 23, 2009.
