Description

This is a presolicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 36.213-2. This announcement constitutes advance notice of the invitation for bids to stimulate the interest of the greatest number of prospective bidders. The upcoming solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP), and will be a request for a concessionaire contract for food service at the Department of Energy Forrestal, located 1000 Independence Avenue, SW 1000 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington DC 20585; and the Department of Energy Germantown, 19901 Germantown Road, Germantown MD 20874. This concessionaire contract for food service is a base period of five (5) years, with options from one to ten years at the discretion of the Government, not to exceed fifteen (15) year’s total. This is a non-appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
