Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 4,370 rentable square feet to yield a minimum of 3,800 BOMA Office Area square feet of office space in Syracuse, NY. The Lease term will be for ten (10) years with the Government having 90-day cancellation rights after the 5th year. This space is to be located within two blocks of the Hanley Federal Building located at 100 South Clinton Street. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal.
