Description
The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Pacific Region, intends to award a non-competitive acquisition to First Installation, Portland, Oregon to provide over 3000 square feet warehouse storage space for furniture and property that is used and owned by a federal agency. The Government intends to award this requirement non-competitively in accordance with Far13.106-1(b) (1) and the procedures Far Part 12, entitled, "Acquisition of Commercial Items." Accordingly, any contractor that believes they can meet the requirement describe below may submit a proposal no later than the closing date of this announcement which will be considered by the US Fish and Wildlife Service. All responses must be in writing, or by email to the Contracting Officer at linda_askew@fws.gov. The contractor will provide secured warehouse lease space for 3000 feet on a monthly basis for up to three years for property belonging to the US Fish and Wildlife Service. The Contractor has security clearance and is familiar with the federal building layout and can move and reconfigure furniture as needed. All of the contractor employees must pass individual background security checks. The contractor itemizes,wraps,and palletize inventory for project planning and accessibility. The contractor conducts daily business between several federal buildings,which can be combined for quick deliveries and reduces the number of trips to and from the warehouse. Contractor has verification of building and furniture dimensions, schematic design preparation, assemblly of workskstations, delivery,installation and setup that will match existing workstations. The contract represents the lowest cost, best value to the Government and will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor needs be in the local commuting area for followup. NAICS: 531120 This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive proposals. No written solicitation will be issued.
