- The reference number is N65538-09-Q-0010 and is issued as a Request for Information (RFI). This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The RFI will be used for the purpose of exchanging information to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government's requirements, and enhancing the Government's ability to obtain quality supplies and services at reasonable prices. The Government believes industry feedback is important and is receptive to any and all ideas which would result in increased competition, realizing cost savings, or highlighting potential contractual problem areas associated with the draft requirement. Please see the attached Statement of Work and Vendor Information Form. The Navy is seeking support of the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SL! DCADA) which is a Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) developed Time and Attendance system. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR). Questions concerning this RFI shall be submitted to john.wert@navy.mil, with the reference number mentioned in the subject line not later than 2:00 pm EST on 12 January 2009. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements by submitting the Vendor Information Form by 1:00 pm EST on 16 January 2009. See attachments for submission requirements. "No telephonic responses will be accepted". THE SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT TO BE CONTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PROCURE ANY ITEMS/SERVICES, NOR FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR THE INFORMATION RECEIVED.
