Description

Notice of Proposed Sole Source Contract Action IAW FAR 5.207 (c) (14) Posted 7 through 21 January 2009 This announcement is notice of intent to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 (b) (4). The items to be purchased as a sole source is for a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for restoration and alteration construction projects in the Del Rio Border Patrol Sector. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 business size standard is $33.5M. The sole source contractor is Ram Building Services, LLC, 300 Western Park, San Antonio, Texas 78228. The procurement is an approved sole source under the Partnership Agreement (PA) dated February 1, 2002, between the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of Defense (DoD), 8(a) program.
