NSN 4235-01-391-3110, Spill Clean-Up Kit. Unit of Issue is Kit. Approved Source: A.R.K Enterprises Inc., CAGE 04WN4, P/N SK550. The Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Delivery is 30 days ARO. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Estimated annual quantity is 147 kits. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for a HUBZone Small Business. Only offers from HUBZone manufacturers or HUBZone dealers furnishing a HUBZone manufacturer’s product will be considered. This is a commercial item. The estimated solicitation issue date is 9 February 2009 and the estimated closing date is 9 March 2009.
