Description

The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Pacific Rim Region intends to issue a sole source modification to contract no. GST0907BHM0511 in support of the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). The current contractor, EDS, provides call center support to the DMDC in the following three areas: Contact Support, Case Analysis and Support, and Ancillary Support. The call center provides support service members, their family members, and other eligible beneficiaries, including Department of Defense civilian employees, other Federal Agency representative and contractors. The purpose of this proposed modification is to increase the performance levels of the contract to enable the Contractor to provide better turnaround times on expedite cases and customer care cases. A justification and approval has been executed to support this proposed contract modification.
