- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-09-T-0017 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 7999 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711219. The small business size standard is $7 Million. The RFQ has One (1) line items for Non Personal Services. LINE ITEM 0001: To furnish Certified Sports Officials for an estimate of eighty-eight (88) Youth Soccer League games played at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, in accordance with the Statement of Work that will be provided upon email request. The period of performance is to begin 24 Aug 2009 thru 30 Nov 2009. Rates shown on Wage Determination 2005-2419, Revision 6, dated 05/29/2008 applies to this acquisition and will also be provided upon request.
