Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the “C folders” link from the DIBBS website. Full and open competition after exclusion of sources, 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min is 336 Ea, Min Order Qty 336, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 1,344, Max Contract Qty per year is 2,240. Delivery: 80 days ARO for the production quantity. First Article and Production Lot Testing applies. Ship to stock locations in the Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is January 22, 2009 and the closing date is February 23, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
