Description
Solicitation for NSN 1680-01-254-0470/ IQC08364009013, ACTUATOR, ELECTRO MECHANICAL. Configuration Control applies. A technical data package is available and may be obtained for use in developing a source approval request (SAR) for engineering source approval. Currently the only approved sources for this item are Moog Inc., cage 0ZWK8, Honeywell International Inc., cage 70210 and Curtiss-Wright Controls, cage 71791. This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and 4 option years. The estimated annual demand is 48 units. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This item has a surge requirement. The Monthly Wartime Requirement (MWR) is 2. This solicitation has a First Article / Pre-production approval required by government testing. First article sample size is one (1) each. The required delivery schedule is 292 DARO for delivery of First article units, and 292 DAFAA for delivery of production units. FOB is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
