Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to enter into a sole source contract with General Dynamics, C4 Systems, Inc. 77A S, Needham, MA 02494-2806. The sole source purchase of TACLANES is based upon the fact that the equipment is manufactured by General Dynamics and is a controlled item. Acquisition is only allowed from the manufacturer, and not an authorized reseller if it is the only component being acquired and not part of a larger system or configuration.
