- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-09-R-0231, IQC0083637009058, 5365-00-740-9618, Bushing, Rubber. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside after exclusion of a source. NSN is not critical, not Critical Safety Item and non-commercial. Drawings, Export Control, and Specs are applicable. Surge and Sustainment is not applicable to the NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 10,224 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 2,556 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 10,224 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 2,556 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 10,224 each. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 20,448 each. The Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies.
