Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned for this procurement will be EA133M-09-RQ-0164. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and subsequent contract will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The associated NAICS code is 4247200 and small business size standard is 100. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: 0001: 88,000 gallons of diesel fuel (marine grade) to be delivered by barge on February 2, 2009 at 07:00 to NOAA ship GORDON GUNTER located at 151 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, MS.
