- DESC: 5340-01-474-7841, Part Number 12967995-1, The item to procure is a Plate, Mounting PARTS AND MATERIAL INCLUDE A BLOCK AND GASKET, AL, ALY, QQ-A-250/11, 6061-T6, MOUNT, SOURCE CONTROLLED P/N (986-0645-001) FROM GOVERNMENT SYSTEMS, CAGE: 13499, FUSE HOLDER, FHN55W, FUSE, F02B250V2A, SCREW AND WASHERS WITH A CARC FINISH PER SPECIFICATION. THE APPROXIMATE SIZE OF THE PART IS 9.26 INCHES X 8.54 INCHES X 4.084 INCHES. Requirements are projected to be between 15ea and 21ea per year for 5 years. FOB is Destination. The subject item is for use on the M109 A6. Estimated issue date is 27 Jan 2008. This 5 year IDIQ solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
