Solicitation Number SPM4A609R0191, IQC08351009013, NSN 3655-01-479-4679, Cartridge, Assembly Membrane. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation does not contain progress payments. Approved Source of Supply–Pacific Consolidated Industries LLC, Cage Code 75906 P/N 794206-001. The Solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price with a base year and two option years. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the Estimated Annual Demand. Shipment location is New Cumberland, PA. and Tracey, CA FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination.
