- REQUIREMNT: The USDA, Farm Service Agency State office in Lincoln, Nebraska is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 15,406 usable square feet of Class A office space together with 55 on-site paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an areas bound on the North: bounded by Interstate 80 to North 56th Street to Superior Street to 84th Street; East: bounded by within one half mile east of 84th Street; South: bounded by Old Cheney; West: bounded by Hwy 77 to West "O" Street and Interstate 80 to North 56th Street. TERM: The term of the lease will be five (5) years with one five (5) year renewal options. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy by August 31, 2009 OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building. 2. Rentable Square feet offered and rate per rentable square foot (specifying services and utilities included) 3. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor. 4.
