L/I 0001: Qty 10 each to deliver 5 per month starting 29 Jan2010. 12.Mandatory Language: Award will be made only if the offeror, theproduct/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements atthe time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1.
