Solicitation Number: 51-SO-BC-9-00030 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: The U.S. Census Bureau issues this notice as a combined synopsis/solicitation for the 3M brand 700A Matic Case Sealer and casters. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-9-00030 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC Number 2005-29, dated November 14, 2008. CLIN 0001- 3M 700A Matic Case Sealer. Quantity: 20 each. PN:78809548346 Warranty: 90 days on belts and taping head knife, springs and rollers 3 years on all other taping head parts 2 years on all other parts CLIN 0002 - Casters for the box sealers in CLIN 0001. Quantity: 20 sets. Delivery is FOB destination to Jeffersonville, Indiana. Items must be new (not refurbished), no equal will be considered. Delivery will be on or before February 6, 2009. Awardee must be registered in CCR and complete a Census Bureau Vendor Registration Form. Pricing must include all shipping and handling charges. Bids are due no later than 5:00 p.m. eastern, on January 26, 2009.
