- Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for AudioCare Licenese renewal. This system has already been bought and is in use and the license/software agreement is proprietary to this piece of equiptment. Audio Care Systemsoftware, maintenance and licenese are unique and can only be obtained through Audio Care. Period of performance is 1 Feb 09-30 Sept 09 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-28 and Defense DCN 20081124, and the Air Force Acquisition Circular 2008-1217. This requirement is pursuant to Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
