- Description
- The USDA, APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service), VS (Veterinary Services) in Miami, FL intends to procure Timothy Hay, Alfalfa hay, Omolene 200 and Whole Oats for the Miami Animal Import/Export Center (MAIC) facility. The duration of these services will be February 2009 through September 2009 with one option year (2009-20110) for a maximum contract length of two years. The USDA intends to award a Firm-fixed price commercial contract for this effort This will be a best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-6395-S-09-0045, will be released on or about January 13, 2009 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website. Please download the RFP from this website. All responsible offers may submit an offer to the solicitation. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at this site. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFERER’S REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE OFFERER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE.
