- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 7,500 rentable square feet to yield a minimum of 6,100 BOMA Office Area square feet of office space in Albany, NY. The Lease term will be for ten (10) years with the Government having 90-day cancellation rights after the 5th year. This space must be located within the following boundaries. Starting at the Foley Courthouse located at 445 Broadway head north to Columbia Street, then West to North Pearl Street, then in a Southwestern direction proceed to State Street, then East to Broadway, then North back to 445 Broadway. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1.Building name and address. 2Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot. 3.Must provide as-built and shell AutoCAD drawings in.dwg format via e-mail or on CD of the offered floors. Owners and Authorized Agents: Brokers and agents may represent prospective landlords, but any properties or proposals submitted by the brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership.
