Description

Contractor will provide food products, labor, supervision, and supplies/equipment (other than that identified as government furnished) necessary to operate well stocked, efficient, customer friendly deli, bakery, and sushi resale operations at U.S. military commissaries in Japan, Okinawa, South Korea, and Guam. A total of 16 commissaries require full service operations. Thirteen satellite locations require prepackaged products, such as sandwiches and salads. Second destination transportation will be provided by the Government from the port of embarkation. This acquisition is unrestricted. The award will be made on an all-or-none basis. The awarded contract will be a firm fixed-price, with an economic price adjustment. Performance periods are a 24-month base, plus three 12-month options. Performance start date is September 1, 2009. Solicitation issue date is on or about February 3, 2009.
