- The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 4,370 rentable square feet to yield a minimum of 3,800 BOMA Office Area square feet of office space in Syracuse, NY. The Lease term will be for ten (10) years with the Government having 90-day cancellation rights after the 5th year. This space is to be located within the following boundaries. Starting at the Hanley Federal Building located at 100 South Clinton Street proceed East to South Warren Street, then North to West Genesee Street, then West to North Franklin Street, then South to Walton Street, then East to South Clinton Street, then North to South Clinton Street, then East on West Fayette Street, then North on South Warren Street.
