- The US Geological Survey has a requirement for Janitorial Services for two buildings located at S.O. Conte Anadromous Fish Research Center in Turners Falls, Massachusetts for the period of February 1, 2009 through January 31, 2009 plus 2 Option Years. The Main Laboratory Building consists of 5,644 square feet of carpeted floor area, 3,268 square feet of uncarpeted floor area and 3 bathrooms. The Fish Passage Building consists of 2,336 square feet of carpeted floor area, 2,353 square feet of uncarpeted floor area and 4 bathrooms. Proposals are being requested under Request for Quotes (RFQ) # 09ERQQ0210. The anticipated award date is January 28, 2009. THIS ACQUISITON WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is S201; the NAICS code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $16.5 mil. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM CST, January 23, 2009. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at http://www.ccr.gov.
