- ***ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities January 28, 2009*** Project consists of tree planting of Government furnished tree seedlings in such a manner as to insure tree survival and growth on the McKenzie River Ranger District. The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, licenses, and incidental necessary to perform all work on the areas specified. The contract includes tree handling and planting to provide seedlings with the greatest chance of survival. All aspects of the work program shall be performed in an organized, systematic manner to assure services will be performed over the entire project area. This project is located on the Willamette National Forest, McKenzie River Ranger District, Lane and Linn Counties, Oregon. Contract performance time is 20 days. Estimated start work date is April 6, 2009. The proposed procurement is totally set-aside for Small Business Concerns.
