- General Services Administraton is interested in leasing approximately 39,000 rentable square feet of office and related space within the City limits of San Antonio, Texas. The rentable square shall yield a minimum of 30,000 to a maximum of 34,000 usable square feet. Commercially available parking to accommodate 125 employees and visitors shall be available on site or within 4 blocks of the offered building. The space is required for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm. The space shall be located in a prime commercial office building with attractive, professional surroundings; in an office, research, technology or business park with a campus-like atmosphere; or on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional in appearance. The space is required to house Department of Defense Tricare Management Activity who provides communications and computing infrastructure products and services to DoD Military Health System. If the proposed tenant will occupy more than 25% of the building, the building must comply with DoD Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings. Such standards are not required to be met if this occupancy is less than 25% of the building
