- This opportunity includes but is not limited to in-house building maintenance at the Child Care Center located at the FAA's ARTCC in Olathe, Kansas. This includes but is not limited to janitorial, lawn care/snow removal, mechanical/electrical systems, miscellaneous building repair/service, trash/solid waste removal, plumbing, appliance repair/service, HVAC, pest control, fire protection maintenance/service, maintenance/service security system. Competition is limited to fully established firms within a fifty (50) miles radius of the Greater Kansas City Area. Small Business Set-Aside Contract to include base period plus four year option years.Estimated amount: Under $700,000. This Notice is for information purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
