- Description
- The contractor shall provide equipment, tools, materials, facilities and supplies not identified as Government furnished property in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of US Army Special Operations Command. This includes the availability of DOD approved back-up aircraft in the event Government furnished aircraft are not available or non-mission capable. The desired training area is in the vicinity of Phoenix, Arizona or within a 100 miles radius that offers a consistent environment to support airborne operations. Weather consistent with limited high winds and rain decreasing delays and cancelations due to weather. The Government requires a facility, a Dropzone(DZ) to conduct training, and a C130 capable airfield and aircraft able to conduct ramp operations if required. The solicitation in its entirety will be posted NLT 14 Jan 09 with a closing date of 22 Jan 09.
