- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to negotiate a contract on the basis of Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. NRL will negotiate with Achronix Semiconductor Corporation, 333 West San Carlos Street, Suite 1050, San Jose, CA 95110, for five (5) working 100G System to Wide Area Network interface (SWANi) boards based on design schematics developed and provided by NRL and Gerber files provided to the Contractor under a previous contract. Additional specific requirements include FPGAs with 10G Serdes capable of a minimum of 10 GB per/second operation; expert skill in conducting board quality control; PC Board Fabrication; Board components; Board Stuffing; Board bring-up, programming, and testing; technical support to NRL Hardware development team after board delivery.
