- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 22,548 rentable square feet for four Agencies of the Federal Government, each needing separate blocks of space within the same building, in Lima, Ohio under Solicitation for Offers GS-05B-17910. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 18,478 usable square feet to a maximum of 19,400 usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing and equipment. At least 64 parking spaces must be available for government use only. The space must be available in the fall of 2009 and located within the central business district of Lima, OH. A current lease will be expiring and although the current location is adequate, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that is economically advantageous. Alternate locations will take into account added costs associated with the physical relocation and tenant improvements for the five agencies. Lease term: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm. Only owners or their exclusive listing agent may submit properties for inspection. Submission no later than 4PM CST on 1/30/09.
