- Description
- The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 for Combat Casualty Equipment. The requested supplies shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the RFQ. The requirement includes the following items:Deluxe Field Corpsman Kit/ OTO Ophthalmoscope Kit, 6" Bandage, 11" Bandage, Special Operations Laryngoscope Set, CricKit Surgical Cricothyroidotomy Set, T2 Mass Casualty Incident Management (MCIM) Kit, Tatical Traction Splint (TTS), T2 Individual Kit Pack of 20, Warrior Aid and Litter Kit, Assault Litter Carrier, Assault Litter Carrier, Litter Stands 33", Combat Casualty Response Kit (CCRK) - Squad, IV - Poles, CCRK Kit, Mariner Kit, Combat Casualty Response Bag Medic/Trauma Sheet, Saline Lock Kit. Quantities and a detailed delivery schedule will be set forth in the RFQ. Supplies and incidental services must be provided within three months from date of award. The specific schedule shall be agreed upon with U.S. Fleet Forces Command. This procurement will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. The anticipated start date of the requ! irement is upon contract award, which is anticipated in March 2009. The solicitation shall be issued on or around 28 January 2009. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a quote the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database wi! ll make an offeror ineligible for award.
