Description
The Government is seeking a qualified source for installation of a Gov't furnished Sullair vacuum pump for the Low Pressure Chamber (LPC), Device 9A1C, at ASTC Patuxent River, Maryland (MD). The contractor shall provide personnel, materials, and lifting equipment necessary to remove and haul away the existing Beach-Russ rotary vane vacuum pump model RP 750 located in the mechanical room of ASTC, Building 2165, Patuxent River, MD. The contractor shall install and connect the new Government-furnished Sullair vacuum pump making all necessary air piping and electrical connections, and enlarge existing concrete vacuum pump pad as necessary to accommodate the new Sullair vacuum pump. The contractor shall perform and complete the Sullair installation checklist and start up documentation to commission vacuum pump per Sullair specifications. The contractor shall provide on site hands-on training for maintenance personnel with responsibility for maintaining new equipment. The contractor shall revise the existing baseline documentation to reflect changes due to the installation of the Sullair vacuum pump at ASTC Patuxent River, Maryland. Businesses capable of accomplishing the required services are invited to submit literature, brochures, and capability summaries identifying, at a minimum, BUSINESS SIZE and past (limit to within 3 years) and/or current performance on similar contracts (include dollar value, complexity and point of contact). Brevity of extraneous information is desired.
