Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for the removal and final disposal of scrap rubber for the Defense Reutilization & Marketing Service at Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. There will be one base CLIN and Three (3) Option Year CLINS. The DRMO is Contemplating an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity Contract for the removal and final disposal of scrap rubber. CLIN 0001: When the decision is made, a Delivery Order will be issued by the Directorate of Contracting (DOC). CLIN 1001: Option year 1. This CLIN will start in Jan 2009. POP is 31 Jan 2009 to 30 Jan 2010. CLIN 2001: Option year 2. This CLIN will start in Jan 2010. POP is 31 Jan 2010 to 30 Jan 2011. CLIN 3001: Option year 3. This CLIN will start in Jan 2011. POP is 31 Jan 2011 to 30 Jan 2012. Your price shall be FOB Origin. Contract will be FFP and will include your fee and any licenses that may be required for the removal and final disposal of scrap rubber as required by Federal, State, and local governments. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28 effective on December 12, 2008. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 562119 with a size standard of 12.5M. We prefer to make payment by Electronic means. Award shall be made to the best value. Offerors shall provide past performance with their quote.
