NSN: 6150-01-136-8857, PRON: D1943413, P/N 11457509, NOUN: Cable Assembly, Spec, Quantity 23 each, applicable to Patriot Missile System. Production lead time is 90 days after contract award. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside allowing small business concerns to compete with Federal Prison Industries(FPI). Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns and FPI. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
